To review achievements, map out development blueprints and pool team synergy, MedInsure (Wuhan) Hospital Management Co., Ltd. held its grand 2025 Annual Summary Meeting on January 10. All the company's leaders, department heads and employees gathered together under the theme of "Defining the Future in the Name of Professionalism, Writing a New Chapter by Rising to Challenges" to reflect on the past and embark on a new journey.

At the start of the meeting, the host Li Chengzhou delivered an opening speech, extending welcome and gratitude to all participants. He clarified that the core objectives of the meeting were to review the 2025 work, deploy the 2026 plan, recognize outstanding employees and build consensus.

The first session of the meeting was the Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony. General Manager Zhou announced the list of 2025 outstanding employees and the commendation decision, recognizing those who had performed their duties faithfully and achieved remarkable results. The award-winning employees came to the stage to receive their trophies and prizes, and took group photos with the awarding leaders. Representatives of the outstanding employees shared their insights and conveyed the motivation for progress.

Zeng Min, the person in charge of operations, delivered a report titled Deepening Collaboration · Empowering with Digital Intelligence. She reviewed the company's operational performance in 2025, identified the strategic priorities for 2026 centering on collaboration and digital empowerment, laying a solid foundation for the company's steady development.

General Manager Zhou, the head of insurance business, focused on business transformation. In response to the impact of the "premium rate compliance" policy, he mapped out the layout of personal business centered on million-dollar medical insurance and Hong Kong insurance, as well as the direction of new business tracks.

Wang, the director of sales management, reviewed the 107% performance growth of the model projects in Eastern Hubei, and put forward the 2026 dual-drive strategy of "Witness + Insurance" along with the premium target of 20 million yuan.

Luo, the person in charge of informatization, shared the digital empowerment plan, outlining how to leverage existing platform foundations and the layout of three major business tracks in 2026 to fuel business growth with technology.

Finally, General Manager Cheng gave the concluding keynote report. He summarized the performance of the three major product lines in 2025, specified the 2026 premium target of 33 million yuan and the coordinated development plan for the four major business segments, which greatly inspired all employees.

This meeting drew a successful conclusion to the year 2025 and pointed out the direction for 2026. All MedInsure staff will take this meeting as an opportunity to deepen their professionalism, work pragmatically and diligently, and strive to promote the high-quality development of the company.
